Obituary for Antonio R. Lozada
Antonio R. Lozada, known to all as Tony, entered into eternal rest on April 19, 2023 after a lengthy illness. He was 77 years old. Tony was born in Philadelphia, Pa on August 25, 1945 to the late Lillian and Emilio Lozada.
He leaves to cherish his memory to his beloved wife Dana Lozada; daughter, Starr Lozada (Dale); Mark Lozada (Johnnette); Antonio Lozada Jr. (Celina); Telinda McLeod (Melvin), Antonia Tinson (Mike); brother Emilio Lozada Jr. (Sandra); sister Concepcion Hull (James); grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
He was employed by Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA) as an electrician for many years while living in Philadelphia. After moving to New Orleans he began working as a counselor with at-risk youth for Velocity Foundation; however, the job he loved most was refurbishing houses. He enjoyed TV especially Boxing movies and all types of music.
He will be sadly missed.
