Obituary for Frank Bernard Scott Jr.
Frank Bernard Scott, Jr., age 32, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022, in Hempstead, Texas, Bernard was born in Houston, Texas, on August 9, 1990, to Frank Bernard Scott and Lena Mae Washington. He accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at the age of seven.
Bernard graduated from Waller High School where he excelled in Band, winning many awards for trumpet. Following a brief period of employment at DrillQuip, Bernard continued his edudation at The University of Texas San Antonio, Lone Star CyFair, and then Prairie View A&M Univeristy.
Bernard was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Hudson and Jewel Scott, and maternal grandparents, Susa Frank and Bobbie Washington, Sir. He is survived by his parents; brothers, Bartholomew Marcel Washington and Leevi Brags; sister, Shanquenny Monique Charles; nephew, Keon Lust; and many other close relatives and friends.
