Our lovely Janie went to heaven to be with her Lord on April 10, 2022, and although she is not here anymore, she still lives on through our love and memories. She was born on January 1, 1942 to parents Alvino Lopez and Mary Espinoza Lopez.

Janie enjoyed dancing, cooking, watching her telenovelas, and spending time with her family. She was the happiest person when she could serve others by cooking for them, lending advice, or offering her support in times of need. She had a passion for helping her seniors and was always active in her community. She was a member of Torre-Fuerte Church where she loved being with her hermanas in the War Room worshiping and praying. Janie was the most unselfish, giving woman you would ever meet and was truly blessed to be loved by so many people.

Janie is predeceased by her parents, sister and brother. She is survived by her loving husband Jorge, and three children: Sophia, Louis, and Imelda; as well as her three sisters: Carmen, Mary and Virginia. Throughout her life she was able to love 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
